Mould Testing
ERMI and HERTSMI-2
ERMI (Environmental Relative Mouldiness Index) is an indoor air quality testing method developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) together with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
ERMI was designed to be a sensitive and standardized method to assess air quality and mold contamination in indoor households by differentiating each species and quantifying them.
ERMI detects 36 different species of mould using a single swab.
HERTSMI (Health Effects Roster of Type-Specific Formers of Mycctoxins and Inflammagens)
As HERTSMI-2 Analyses for 5 moulds, it is less expensive to do the investigation contrasted with 36 for the ERMI.

PCR testing
We are specialised in PCR (polymerase chain reaction) detection for Fungal and Bacterial DNA detection.
PCR technique amplifies specific region of a DNA into million of copies and can be studied in detail. The extracted DNA for each of the bacterial or Fungal DNA is accurately detected using specific primers and probes designed for each species.
The PCR technique is the most accurate, sensitive way of detecting and quantifying DNA compared to microscopic and other rapid test kits.
LC-MS/MS Testing
Our lab conducts Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) drugs test. Not only this, this test is useful for food analysis, and environmental testing.
